Course Summary

This two-day course provides circuit-level designers with concepts needed to work effectively with   high frequency oscillators. Participants gain analytical, graphical, and computer-aided techniques      to analyse and optimise RF and Microwave Oscillator circuits in practical situations.  The course addresses non linear active circuit design, focusing on stability, and noise considerations.

Learning Objectives

• Design stable fixed tuned oscillators and low noise VCO's.
• Perform statistical analysis: design centering, yield optimisation.
• Match impedances and perform transformations.

Target Audience

Professionals required to work in high frequency domains for the first time, as well as seasoned designers.

Course Outline

Day One
